4. Payment and Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy.

• Late payments may result in suspension from services.

• Participants and parents/guardians must respect coaches, staff, and other participants.

• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will not be tolerated.

• Prosports Qatar reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation due to violation of these terms.
